Shipping policy

The supply of all goods from Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability from publishers and/or suppliers. Note that not ALL items listed on this site are held in stock continually. Should items you bought on the site not be in stock, such items will be ordered from our supplier/s. Delivery dates will be advised taking into consideration the longest delivery time, which will determine the delivery time of the entire order.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and delivery confirmed by email depending on method of delivery.
All packages delivered by courier will incur a delivery charge, the value of which will be determined by the weight of the parcel.
