Refund policy
In cases of delayed availability, we will fully refund the customer should the order be cancelled due to the delay. Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client for reasons other than delayed availability will only be considered at the discretion of Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd after a written request by the customer. Note that a handling fee of 10% of the order value will be charged and the return costs will be for the customers account.
Incorrectly bound or incorrectly supplied books and stationery will be exchanged if notification of the problem is provided in writing within 10 working days of receiving the items.
Return items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
The refund processed to the customer will be the original purchase price less 10% restocking fee and all shipping costs.
