Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd is a business in the book and stationery selling industry that markets textbooks, stationery and related educational products
The supply of all goods from Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability from publishers/suppliers. Note that not ALL items listed on this site are held in stock continually. Should items you bought on the site not be in stock, such items will be ordered from our supplier/s. Delivery dates will be advised taking into consideration the longest delivery time, which will determine the delivery time of the entire order.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and delivery confirmed by email depending on method of delivery.
All packages delivered by courier will incur a delivery charge, the value of which will be determined by the weight of the parcel.
Return and Refunds Policy
In cases of delayed availability, we will fully refund the customer should the order be cancelled due to the delay. Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client for reasons other than delayed availability will only be considered at the discretion of Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd after a written request by the customer. Note that a handling fee of 20% of the order value will be charged.
Incorrectly bound or incorrectly supplied books will be exchanged if notification of the problem is given within 10 working days of receiving the book.
Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products;
Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and
shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This will ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd by VCS who are the approved payment gateway for First National Bank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
1. Virtual Card Services process all credit card transactions. All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte, ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.
2. Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
3. The Merchant does not have access to credit details.
4. Virtual Card Services continually reviews and enhances its security in line with technological changes.

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Jack Bones Jeans CC for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on ShopDirect’s secure site. For more detail on ShopDirect refer to www.shopdirect.co.za .
Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Dream Stationery (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 40 Arkansas Street Blue Saddle Ranches Drumblade Midvaal 1949.
